- Objective: Building capacity among teachers to enable minority schools to teach MIL.
- Activities: Piloting an integrative approach by introducing MIL content into the Russian language subject, aiming to reach national minorities and minority schools; building a network of schools to pilot the MIL integrative approach in minority schools; mentoring teachers within training and professional development programs, using the new content in minority schools; organizing three editions of Media Literacy Week.
