Purpose: Through this project, the IJC aimed to improve the working conditions of journalists, carrying out advocacy campaigns designed to make the authorities accountable for providing information of public interest.
Activities: Advocacy campaigns in support of journalists and encouraging solidarity.
Results: The IJC conducted three advocacy campaigns aimed at helping journalists in their professional activity, specifically in issues related to access of the media to information of public interest and free access to public databases. The IJC also supported the journalistic community through the crisis cell, encouraging a dialog between the authorities and the media through various actions promoting solidarity.
